19th Century European Martial Powder Flask

19th century European martial powder flask made of a flattened cow horn with gilded mounts decorated with a panoply of arms and and an eagle holding a standard.  Underneath there is a pair of kettle drums and two cannons.  Gilded decorated base and a gilded spout.  Probably used by a Royal Guard. Overall length 12 1/2 inches.  Horn is in excellent condition with most of the gilding still there.
