Sioux or Cheyenne Plains pipe bag, circa 1890-1895, with quilled slats and brain tanned fringe.  Bead decoration.  Excellent condition overall with slight loss of quilling on slats.  From the collection of Bill Begoon.  36 inches long including fringe and 6 1/2 inches wide.
